2. Services

Encore Nails Spa provides nail care, spa, waxing, and lash extension services at our location:

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Appointments & Bookings

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or as walk-ins based on availability.
• We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekend appointments and group bookings.
• Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling at our discretion.
• Group bookings of 5 or more guests require advance notice and a deposit.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged 50% of the booked service cost.
• Repeated no-shows may require a prepayment for future bookings.
• We understand emergencies occur — please call us to discuss your situation.

5. Payment

• We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Additional charges may apply for complex nail designs, extra length, or add-on services.
• Gift certificates are available for purchase and are non-refundable.
• Gratuity is not included in service prices and is at the client's discretion.

6. Health & Safety

• Please inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before your service.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if a client has visible infections, open wounds, or contagious conditions.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times on our premises.
• All tools and equipment are sanitized and sterilized between each client.

7. Satisfaction & Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please note:

• If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving the salon.
• We do not offer refunds for completed services, but we will work to correct any issues within 3 days of your appointment.
• Results may vary based on individual nail condition and aftercare.

8. Client Conduct

• We expect all clients to treat our staff and fellow clients with respect.
• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior.
• Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited on our premises.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
